 INSIDE OUT 1

is a Disney film that tells the story of Riley, an 11-year-old girl who faces a big move with her family from Minnesota to San Francisco. Riley has emotions such as Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust, which control her reactions and decisions.

Joy is the main emotion that wants to make sure Riley is always happy, while Sadness, which at the beginning of the movie she doesn't know what she's doing. When an incident causes Joy and Sadness to become trapped in something called a "long-term memory" outside of the control center, the other emotions must handle the situation while they are gone, leading to confusion and chaos in Riley's life. Joy and Sadness learn to work together, understanding that all emotions, even sadness, are important to Riley's life.

The story focuses on how Riley faces change and adaptation to a new life, as her emotions learn to help her deal with the complexity of her feelings.
